My most recommended option! The session included a 5-10 mins initial chat where we can talk about your needs on the day and general health. Then we focus on relaxing your body, mind and soul.

A brilliant choice, if you are not sure holistic massage is what you are looking for. Usually, I would focus on releasing the tension on a specific area such as the neck and shoulders during the 35-40 mins you are on the massage table.
