My Mission

My journey as a bodyworker and massage therapist - The inspiration
From a very young age, I was spoilt by the various massage options available in Taiwan (my home country!), such as traditional Taiwanese treatment, Thai massage, reflexology…and so on. They opened my mind to how releasing it can be by manipulating the muscle, bones, and skin - I just love it so much and enjoy being in a totally different place while being massaged. Therefore I have always been longing to learn this magic skill.
Moving to Bristol
In 2017, I relocated to Bristol, and discover the special vibe in this city, which led me to find the amazing workshop that BCMB (Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork) runs. Since the workshop, I had been keen to join the full 10-months course. And during the lockdowns, I decided that would be the time to start fulfilling my dream!
The amazing BCMB course
The journey was absolutely amazing. I learnt so much about human science - solid hard work studies, and body movements that I did not realize I can do to maximise the usage of my own body. As my client, you are promised that I will keep up with the Continuous Professional Development to deliver the best sessions for you.
Now, I have a desk-based day job, that’s why I only do evening and weekend sessions. But I believe it suits so many clients’ schedules who would like to relax after a long day/week of 9-5 working. That’s why I am here for you, I will use my quality of touch plus the knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathologies to let you feel so listened to and cared for.
And I’d like to share a quote with you:
“Of course, the key here is to work with each client and the agenda they bring. Some simply wish to have their tight shoulders relaxed, whilst others might use massage for much deeper personal growth.”
— Andy Fagg, founder of Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork
