FAQs

  • I am still considered as a newly qualified therapist.

This means I do not yet have sufficient experience or training to work with people with some health conditions. Please do not book in if you have any of the following:

    • Currently receiving treatments for cancer

    • Severe lung & respiratory conditions

    • Recently post‐operative

    • Recently had an organ transplant

    • Recently had a bone marrow or stem cell transplant

    • Suppressed immune system – and the likelihood of developing infections

    • Pregnant – if accompanied by a serious heart condition

    • Experiencing severe post Covid‐19 circulatory complications – DVT, micro‐embolisms, CVA or PE

  • Comfortable and loose clothing that is easy for you to undress and dress up. If you have jewellery I may ask you to remove them so I can have full access to the areas discussed to work on.

  • Yes. You can cancel via the confirmation email or reschedule with me via text. I do have a 24hrs cancellation policy. I would really appreciate it if clients contact me as soon as possible if anything comes up so I can still fill the slot.

  • Please let me know upon booking so I can try my best to arrange my driveway for you. There’s also some street parking just around the corner if you come with a larger vehicle.

  • I am confident with my good practice of hygiene principles:

    • The room is ventilated between sessions.

    • The equipment and surfaces are disinfected between sessions.

    • The face cradle covers are disposable (one-time usage only) and drapes are always fresh and washed with 60 degrees cycle.

    • If preferred, you are encouraged to bring your own drapes - 2 double flat bed sheets are ideal.

    • You can request me to wear a mask if preferred. I also put on aprons as extra protection.

    • In addition, I follow all the other MTI (Massage Traning Institute) instructions on the Covid matter.

  • Well, because Chen’s in the massage room with the clients!

Chenin is also a type of green grape. I like the peaceful image of the colour and would like to share the concept with everyone.
